Small errors on Dialog and Chip Guidance pages

Summary of the bug

On the Dialog Guidance page of the ICDS website, the image with the caption 'Use dialogs with buttons to present the user with a required action.' shows a dialog that does not contain any buttons. The image should be updated to show a dialog containing buttons.

On the Chip Guidance page, the text under the videos in the 'Dismissible chips' sections should be formatted as captions.
