Tabbing through Tabs on site not tabbing - Safari

Summary of the bug

You can’t seem to tab through the ‘tabs’ (no pun intended!) but in chrome you can...

Tell us the steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Go to page landing page
2. Start to tab through the site
3. See the error (stops at serach bar and goes to top nav in safari)

Users should be able to tab through all the tabs on top nav like in Chrome.
