Increasing text size when on website forces anchor nav over to the right

Summary of the bug

When you increase the text size while on the ICDS website, the anchor nav is forced off the screen to the right

🪜 How to reproduce

1. Go to a page on the website which has an anchor nav, e.g. the Accordion guidance page.
2. Change the text size in the browser, e.g. on Chrome, go to Settings > Appearance > Font size.
3. See that the anchor nav is pushed off to the right.

🧐 Expected behaviour

I suppose the best solution would be to move the anchor nav to be above the page content / text, like what it does when on a smaller screen size.
