Update link colours section of Colour page
What component is this related to?
The Links section of the Colour page.
Why do we need it?
First change: Removing the mention of the--ic-hyperlink-hover colour - it is no longer used by the ic-link component or any other component.
Second change: The sentence about using colour contrast variants does not make any sense as none of the contrast link colours are displayed. I would suggest removing this sentence altogether because none of the contrast link colours are actually used in any of the components anyway; that's these colours:
Note: I have created a separate ticket to actually remove these variables from variables.css in ic-ui-kit.
