MARKETPLACE DEPRECATION PROPOSED
It has been proposed on the extension marketplace to deprecate this extension in favor of a fork, on the basis that it appears to be abandoned and unmaintained.

Incidentally, on behalf of the multitude of people who depend on your extension on a daily basis, I'd like to thank you for creating it.
Any suggestion of a replacement extension as good as this one?
Not as good, which is why there were attempts to fork and continue. These were thwarted by licence terms.
There is another one that's a much simpler and smaller codebase but it's nowhere near as polished.
I've decided to stick with this one for the foreseeable future. I'm leaving this issue open in case the owner turns up and either resumes maintenance or relaxes the licence terms so someone else can do it.
