Ctrl/Cmd keyboard shortcut hide vscode shortcuts

Describe the improvement that you'd like When used on Mac, Ctrl+R open recent folders command in order to easily switch between recent folders. When used while git graph tab is open, it reload the git graph tab, since the binded keyboard shortcut listen for both Ctrl/Cmd + R. There could be an option for selecting only Ctrl or Cmd to be used as keyboard shortcut in order to prevent hiding of other vscode shortcuts, at least on Mac.
