add new context menu to copy online commit link

for example, once I select the commit e1365c9 from the git graph, and right click the mouse to show the context menu, it will have a new menu maybe Copy Commit online link to Clipboard to copy the link https://github.com/mhutchie/vscode-git-graph/commit/e1365c9cc1de4a7bd7a9bc4f5032144fafeb2844 to my clipboard

absolutely a thumbs up for this feature! GitLens supports this feature but I prefer using GitGraph due to it's less cluttered interface!

I suggest the wording "Copy Commit URL to Clipboard"
