Support .yaml extension

Hi, according to YAML official website, *.yaml extension should be preferred. Also Symfony 4 now uses it by default.

So I suggest adding detection for both extensions (or maybe drop the .yml entirely :)?) What do you think?

You mean the yaml-sort-checker.yml config?

I'm fine with renaming it in a major version.
