Feature: twitter cards

Feature:

This is a discussion of a feature I'd like to build, not an issue. I'd like for us to support some defaults for what to appear when a gist is tweeted.

I don't think we should show too much, but either the first heading (or first H1?) or the title of the gist should become the title when the URL is shared on Twitter.
