Permanent Note, Countdown & Task in Notification Pannel

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When ever I out or at home what to take a note or timer its lots of steps to do that

eg: open app drawer then open app that supports the app & then start timer or add note then when ever I need to check the note, repet the steps open the app & then select the note or the timer to check it or delete it.

Describe the solution you'd like Click Tile in QS Panel it will give the option to add tasks, notes, countdown etc. after creating the specific task it will make a persistent notification for it with option to delete or edit it.
