Moving tasks

Move subtasks manually. Now we need to remove subtasks or edit them to change their order. Manually moving the main tasks would also be useful.

Maybe implement a flow chart task organizer to allow for moving, reorganizing, and reordering of tasks like in my comment to another feature request https://github.com/mhss1/MyBrain/issues/148#issuecomment-1643545921
