Add MVCI Framework and some other related libraries

I recommend adding MVCI framework by PragmaticCoding and his Kotlin Implementation.

It should be nice if you also would like to add these two libraries I wrote:

• mvciFX: a Java implementation of MVCI with some enhancements .
• SuggesterFX: a JavaFX lightweight library that provides a suggestion (autocompletion) system for text fields linked to data entries and is integrated with mvciFX
