Latitude/Longitude are occasionally way wrong

Sometimes the latitude and longitude are totally wrong. Seems to be picking the wrong "zone".

I haven't noticed this yet. Is there a test case that will reproduce it?

Unfortunately, I don't currently have any test vectors for this case. I will be sure to log them if/when I find them in the future. Please reply to this thread if you observe them. Thanks.
