Added support for AirPurifierSmartMi

Beside the existing Air Purifiers I've added the Smart Mi Air Purifier (zhimi.airpurifier.za1). The protocol is miio so it is close to the existing H3 purifier but the ids changed. In addition the SmartMi Air Purifier supports gesture mode and tvoc sensor.
