Enhanced WBS to accept String-Values for a more universal reading (useful to display state of a script, etc.)

Added "String" as additional Reading-Type, so that WBS is more universal for all type of information like a state of a script or IoT-devices. For this the time has been removed from the state - it is shown on current versions of fhem anyway.
