Added FreeTec Pool Thermometer

Had to move it before Prologue Model because of same Startbit. Only recognizes FreeTec if no humidity is available at bits 7 and 8. Maybe if i have free time, i'll add negative temperature and fix the channel number. Seems like Channel 1 is shown instead of 2.

Hope you merge the code.
