They're currently up, we're watching it and trying a few things as we troubleshoot, so it may be intermittent. We're not sure what triggers it to go down yet.

Thanks for the feature request. 7Zip and RAR formats already support decryption. (Specify a `Password` in their structs.) They don't support encryption because they don't support creating archives. 7Zip because...

Ah, sorry about that. We are refactoring the matching/peeking logic and it is still undergoing some improvements. @ydylla amd @WeidiDeng are working on it and I am behind on reviewing...
