Fix typos

Hello,

Today I'm running some tests with Autosubmit and other workflow managers, and testing different tools, including mHM.

While reading the docs I noticed some typos, then ran the code inspection on PyCharm (only on docs) and tried to filter the ones I thought were correctly fixed by PyCharm. Let me know if there are any changes that must be undone here and I'll update the PR.
