unintuitive under windows, no readme

Hi, I have some problems: Batch usage example starts with "java ..." which is not found. There's no readme file to explain how to install, requirements or use. b:\rapidDelPro-v1.3.5-binary\rdpro-ui.exe My test under win7 didn't delete anything when starting UI putting: B:\Temp no target dir *.*
