Ermine doesn't work with --arch arm

With recent kernel, --arch arm doesn't work (no output) Even with ermine-breeder testrun, there is no output. We have to fix it.

How to reproduce:

 cd mincs
 ./ermine-breeder build --rebuild-kernel --arch arm
 ./ermine-breeder testrun
