user-mode linux doesn't work on ubuntu 16.04.2

Currently --um mode doesn't work on ubuntu 16.04, but works on Fedora25. Investigation shows that it fails to handle SIGSEGV on vmalloc pages. I've checked that sigaction is correctly set by uml on both distro. Here is the text log of strace. strace.txt
