Latest builds not runnable from Workbench

I'm not sure if this is just me, but I've tested the latest builds on various environments, with the same results in all of them:

• A4000 040
• A4000 060
• A1200 + Pistorm32-Lite
• WinUAE
• Amiberry

All environments are running the latest AmigaOS 3.2.2.1, clean from patches/hacks or anything I could find suspicious enough to disable.

I cannot launch DirectoryOpus 5.92 from the Workbench. Double clicking on it does not trigger the loader progress bar and later on the loading of the application, as expected.

Running it from the shell seems to work. There is a minor issue with the "Executable" protection bit not being set in the archive, but I can manually set that myself for now.

Testing 5.91 also works as expected, as well as older versions than that (5.83, 5.82, etc.).
