adapter is totally broken

the issue is that if a test run succeeds and then new issues are introduced without resetting the server and the browser, the next text run will succeed again, dispite the fact that it shouldn't.

there is something odd going on with caching. I believe that it's due to this commit: 83dee03bee19622e17fc7cd642157547abcd93fa
