The cache-header controls the caching of files; therefore, you can specify the duration. I don't see a reason to change the serving strategy.

It does not look like you are serving that `/~partytown/partytown.js` from your setup. You need to configure your server to serve those filse.

The mime type is controlled by your server... I think you need to configure it?
