RACK_DIR default path in Makefile

Hello,

Default path for RACK_DIR should be ../.. rather than ../RackSDK/, since default Rack sources base directory is Rack (created by git clone ...) and not RackSDK. By using ../.., any Rack sources base directory name will work.
