Docs are broken

@IgnisDa can you help? I've renamed the repo from selenium-python-helium to just helium, with the docs living at helium.readthedocs.io.

Specifically, the following page is broken: https://helium.readthedocs.io/en/latest/api.html

Locally I had to

pip install jinja2===3.0.3
pip install --upgrade sphinx

to make the doc building work. Here is the output: helium-html.zip

To fix readthedocs, perhaps use https://github.com/readthedocs/readthedocs.org/issues or https://readthedocs.com/support/
