If anybody wants to start on this, just let me know and I'll grab a copy of the mysql database so that you can develop/test the cleanup scripts offline.

@sxa do you know if we have automatic time sync setup on the macOS hosts for OpenJDK? If so maybe we can pull over what's done there.
nodejs-foundation was set up to be a backup access for build team so that we could add access if all collaborators were no longer around, versus being meant to be...
Also seems to occur in older version of Node.js (ex seen in 12.x) so most likely a change in the node-addon-api versus in Node.js
