Have readline like behaviour in PythonWin shell

I understand PythonWin comes from a different heritage, but I think it would be a nice addition to have readline like editing facilities in the shell, using the arrow keys ↑ and ↓, or if we would like to remain "compatible" with IDLE, Alt-p and Alt-n
