Access is denied

I got "Access denied" error in published app (to any stream). Is this a known error ? How can I fix it? Please let me know. Many thanks in advance.

I solved giving the user the "Update" right to the App Objects with a new security rule. However I'd like to know why this right is needed to bypass this error message.

Hello, could you please explain a bit more ? I added a new security rule to the extension security rules for all the users with the Update and Read selected, and it did not work.
