Reload Button disappeared

Upon Qlik Sense Desktop upgraded to 3.1 SR6, the reload button gone missing. Re-install the extension and still same result. Before the upgrade it was OK. 3.2 upgrade seem to have pulled back.

Please help as this has been very useful for administrators to check data.
