stacked bar chart tooltip getting cut off

Hello - great work on pulling this extension, it's definitely one of my go-to extensions. I'm using v0.2.1 configuring a stacked percentage bar chart. On certain screen sizes as the chart area becomes smaller, and when hovering over the bars, the tooltip will get cutoff because it's flowing out of the chart area's container. In the attached the bottom of the tooltip is cut off. Is there a way to modify the z-index easily to have the tooltip display when flowing out of the container? Or, rather than the tooltip beginning in the middle (see attached) have it set to the top of stacked bars?
