I had the same issue solved by the solution given at issue #28 .

"ServiceConnectionLeaked" is occured because of the same conditions as I explained in issue #30 .

"Service not registered" problem had occured in my project as same as your experience. I changed jobscheduler source code as I mentioned in issue #28 and finaly the problem solved...
