CLL mekso example doesn't parse

From a session on #ckule, this CLL example at http://lojban.github.io/cll/18/18/ doesn't parse:

mhagiwara has had nothing to do with the changes from camxes to camxes-exp, afaik. The reason it doesn't parse is that camxes-exp requires {pe'o} before forethought VUhU, among other incompatible changes to mekso.
