Clicking on the link to Github/LinkedIn from applications doesn't route properly

Bug

When I clicked on the Github or LinkedIn checkmarks in the applications, it reroutes to the mhacks.org website with the github or linkedin url as the route. Ex: https://mhacks.org/github.com/insertgithubnamehere/

Expected function

That it opens up a new tab with the correct Github or LinkedIn url
