Support listening on UNIX domain sockets

Hi,

DavMail is typically used only on the local machine, so it would be better if it could be configured to listen on UNIX domain sockets. This would have the benefit of not having to actually listen on TCP interfaces and is exactly what UNIX domain sockets are for. This would make it easier to troubleshoot "connection issues."
