tray icon transparent background and HDPI support

Since I have a dark bar, the icon looks kinda wild. photo_2020-10-01_01-18-35 It would be lovely to have the background be transparent.

Also the HDPI resolution makes it loos kinda small up there in the left corner, small in the middle would be much better. Because I like my bar very much, this would greatly improve my user experience. Thank you in advance.
