Am I crazy or was there not just an automatic fullscreen detection setting?

I swear this app used to just detect when something was fullscreen and added it to the exclusion list. I legit never manually added anything to that exclusion list until recently when I reinstalled windows, and now I am having to manually add every game to stop my mouse from making games unplayable.

Also, it doesn't seem to "see" any programs from any drives other than C. I even added a game I was having issues with manually to the exclusion and it just isn't working.

There is no fullscreen detection but a default exclusion list
