Found a solution to the cursor problem with "Triple Montiors + Dulicate"
There may already be a solution somewhere, but I couldn't find it. So I'm posting this for other users like me. I'm not a native speaker in English. Also not used to GitHub system. Please consider.
When you have three monitors and two of them are connected like 1|3 - 2, cursor movement with LBM ON malfunctions.
- Windows Setting
- LittleBigMouse - Location window
These are the problems I faced.
- The LBM window shows all 3 monitors separately.
- Can't move a cursor from the duplicated monitor to the sole one.
2nd one happens no matter how I place those 3 monitors. So, thoungh I couldn't understand how the 2nd problem happens, the 1st one must be the problem. Therefore we have to make the duplicated displays overlapped on the LBM, just like the Windows Setting. There is already a function for that in LBM, but it needs presetting.
The default setting of the LBM does not allow multiple screens to overlap, so
- check 'allow overlap' in the Options - Layout.
(check 'allow discontinuity' too, just in case)
After that, however, they overlaps a bit when you move monitors manually, but never completely. The monitors shifts from the location you placed. This also happens with dual monitors, but it's worse with triple. (It might happen only to me. Can anyone tell me why?)
But there's a function
-
Right click one monitor at LBM window, then click 'Place from windows config'
-
Done!
This places monitors identical to those of Windows Setting. But wouldn't have worked properly at the beginning, because of LBM's default overlap setting I mentioned above.
Now the LBM works as expected. Might be little different, but bearable. But still LBM doesn't support manual complete overlap. If you click overlapped monitors on LBM, they will be separated again. So after this, move the non-overlapped one only.
Oh, that shifting is gone after cleaning driver with DDU
Maybe, just resetting your LBM would help. https://github.com/mgth/LittleBigMouse/discussions/280
