This makes it a lot easier to quickly interact with things such as the Windows button, and especially the buttons for closing a window

i was able to come up with a workaround You can use the location feature of LBM, and shift the screen up a few millimeter. This will make your close button outside of the crossover section and effectively catches the cursor at the top-right corner of the left monitor and bottom-left corner of your right monitor
