Aspect Ratio was changed on restart and cant be changed back

my 32ml60tm screen now looks like a 4:3 screen in lbm, only thing that changed is i did a restart to update a razer driver. Problem: it is supposed to be a 16:9 display. Note: settings say that it is a 1920x1080 display even though it doesnt look like that

Edit: Workaround: right-click and reset brought it back to 16:9
