Does not work anymore after last win 10 update

Sadly does not work anymore after last win 10 update. Console opens OK, LBM says its Started but mouse does not follow the rules added.

Hello, it works for me (on a new computer with new profile). But it won’t launch at start up (I have to launch it manually). And I have to click twice on the Start button to apply settings.
