Twitter Component No Longer Able to Access to Twitter API Changes.

As the title suggests, given the age of Inkblot it seems it's no longer able to access the likely changed Twitter API and rendering the component inoperable.

I just realized this isn't just an Inkblot problem as it's a core Webcomic problem, so it might not be a huge time difference just a very recent one.

Thanks for reporting @mihari; are you seeing any particular errors, or are Tweet's just not being made when a comic get's posted?

It's no longer able to authorize at all. At least from my experience.
