delete filesystem option hangs on Lion

I cannot delete a filesystem from the menu, the warning window hangs. If I use the key combination, the program crashes.

I think I've solved this issue on my branch this version only works in Lion as far as I know:

I tried the zip you posted here and it seems to have solved the issue. I'm running 10.7.5 Cheers.
