Thanks for opening this, not sure I understand the issue (or have a solution in mind) but should be handled
Cannot see an indication why this fails, based on this output. Can you share the whole log output? Also are you using a cloud provider (so I can replicate this)....

The default upload size should be enough, if not you can increase it from https://github.com/mediacms-io/mediacms/blob/main/deploy/local_install/nginx.conf and restart nginx Also try uploading a small file and make sure whether it uploads...
