Crashes constantly, often have to force quit through task manager

95% of the time when making a skill plan I can only add one or two skills and then have to force quit the unresponsive program and repeat adding one or two skills at a time. Importing skills from clipboard is almost 100% guaranteed to lock the program up.

Every version for the last two years that I've used since coming back to EVE. Used it 2007-2016 and didn't experience these issues, so I can't really say what I changed that could be causing these other than of course I'm on newer windows and hardware. I should emphasize I am not criticizing anyone, I love the software I just can't get it to run stable!
