Feature Request: Hide Completed should be a checkbox in the skill planner > skill browser UI, not a 'filter by' option

I would like to see the 'Hide Completed' filter be a checkbox to be included on top of the regular filters. For example, I would like to filter skills by attributes, but also hide completed ones.
