BUG/Feature Request: Live Preview mode not displaying block quotes in italics.

At first I thought my post would be the same as issue #129 - however I think there is a distinction in that the mentioned issue does have italic styling, albeit with different than expected(?) colors.

My issue is that, while in Live Preview mode, blockquotes are not italicized. Note that my block quotes styling option is set to "italics". Leaving some margin here for this to be a feature request in case it is intended to remain as normal text while in Live Preview mode.

Again: Block quote, when toggled to italics, are only styled as italics while in Reading Mode. I would like block quotes to be shown italicized even when in Live Preview Mode.
