Create starter file using the plugin itself

The user needing to read this, copy the snippet from GitHub and naming the file .css.

This is too much work if they're trying the plugin first time. A button creates starter file, and reloads the plugin would be better.

Also, the plugin isn't working even after the set up (I created a file /x.css)

1. Just download some theme
2. check Style Settings.

Style Settings can't display themes if you didn't download themes. So Style Settings adds a friendly reminder for you to:

• download a theme
• make your own theme

Note, use some online translator if english isn't your first language.
