[BUG] Won't render citation prefixes if they contain a semi-colon

Pandoc citation syntax describes being able to add arbitrary text as prefix and suffixes to a citation. This does not work. Screenshot 2024-09-08 at 11 45 49 Not sure if bug or new feature?
