[Bug]: card with a linked note sticks to cursor when note is opened in new window

Describe the bug

Control-click on a link in a card and choose "open in new window." The linked note will open in the new window. Close the new window. The card will be stuck to the cursor as if you are trying to move it.

Expected Behavior

The card should stay on the kanbard board.
